Chris moved from Warwick, NY and owns a house in Surfside Beach since 2004. He has been doing short term and long term rentals for several years. Chris loves helping people achieve things they may not have thought were possible - including the dream of home ownership - whether it be a first time buyer, transplants, vacation, retirement or investment home. He has owned his own Hardscape and Landscape company for years. His background drives him to think outside the box and be a tremendous problem solver, allowing him to offer additional perspectives to empower his clients to make confident and wise purchasing and sales decisions. He has a strong team behind him to make your home buying or selling experience a positive one.
In his spare time he enjoys helping homeschool his two children, spending time at the beach fishing with his son and at home with his family and crazy dog, Blu. He is an avid golfer and loves to get out as much as he can. #Beachgoals
